You can lay comfortably on the bench on the padded seat and can even adjust the back at 4 levels to meet your workout routines. Sturdy and good value. We are using it in garden to eliminate the steps and up and down the patio. Not sure how it will fair in rain etc but should be easily recovered in fake grass.
