Our power cage offers a built-in cable system for up to 50 kg. of resistance. It promotes good form with a barbell rest that adapts to the user's height. Want to go hard? Why not make it easy?     Sturdy and good value. We are using it in garden to eliminate the steps and up and down the patio. Not sure how it will fair in rain etc but should be easily recovered in fake grass.
